CLINICAL SUPERVISION

Clinical supervision is a process that enhances growth and increases skills in the mental health and substance abuse profession while building a trusting rapport within the supervisor-supervisee relationship.  The goal of clinical supervision is to ensure that the supervisees are utilizing their skills appropriately with the population that they are currently serving.  Supervisees will engage in the functions of supervision to increase skill set in addition to enhancing clinical skills.  Supervisees will also engage in case conceptualization as well as demonstrating best practice of individual and group counseling.

*All supervisees must also sign Abundant Life Services’ Clinical Supervision Contract before the start of Supervision.
